What can I do for its eyes?

I picked up 2 ducklings from Tractor Supply on Thursday an hour before closing and I've been handling them both a lot since then so I didn't notice this one's eyes until today when I was giving them a bath in the bathroom sink.
I never notice any cloudy stuff in the worst eye and I feel bad because I'm sure it didn't happen over night.

What can I do?
