WHAT CAN I DO?!?!?!

Those are going to be harder to renovate than the model in the above-linked thread since the runs don't have a roof. :( What's your level of handyman skills and tool ownership? I can make some recommendations but some are easier and some are harder.
Agreed. Normally I'd just suggest making the whole thing a coop, but the run portion isn't tall enough to be used like that here.

I was thinking you could just attach the 2 (I assume you have 2, unless these aren't photos of the actual one you own) back to back to make 1 bigger coop, but I'm not sure if the combined space is big enough either.

Adding on to the top of the run (so that it could be used as a coop) would be an option, but I don't know if it's really worth doing due to cost of materials (and possibly tools)?

:frow Its a beautiful design, (palette wise) but is definitely not big enough.

In your position, i would do one of these options:

Use them as side coops, like possibly a separated coop when adding a new flock member, for keeping them in temporarily. As a broody coop as someone else suggested, or simply connect them. Keep in mind that it isn’t very tall, so you would have to adjust it. I had got that coop for my Serama, which seems to work nicely for her, but its still small, and i just use it for bedtime.
