what can I do

My hens won't lay, what can I do to help egg production? They are not egg bound, they have been de wormed, ect.

Do they have water, food, calcium, clean living conditions, etc? Is it super warm or hot? Are they hiding their eggs? Are they molting? These are all things that will decrease egg laying. Check out the link too.

They have clean food and clean water, they have oystershells, it's starting to get hot here, and no moulting.
