What can I feed to "ill" hen?Shes drinking h20 but not eating

6 + yo SS and she may be on her way out but until I decide is there a liquid supplimental recipe I can make? Just occured to me I have a small can of ancient powdered bird food so maybe try that but is there a simple recipe that I can use that won't be harmful? Sugar water? She has lost weight and as I write this I think it may be best to euthanize her but......(and NO I can't take her to a vet!) TY.

Scrambled eggs works as something to get them to eat. But obviously can't be her diet. Not sure on a liquid like supplement.

Can't hurt to try but she would eat fruit(fave treat of hers) and will attrempt.

Tube feeding saves a lot of lives, by forcing nutrition that a chicken wouldn't normally partake of.

Yep and I personally won't attempt this because I would cause more harm/pain than good. But I agree. She ate a little of the "baby bird food".
