What would u say it is the breed its father was white

Looks like he might be Lemon Blue, but I'm not the right person to ask.

He looks like a blue tailed golden, but I’m not sure. Breed him with a buff to get blue tailed buff, silver, and goldens or black tailed buff, silver, and goldens. Presumably.
Or you could see what you get from the lemon blue. You might get lemon blue black splash or you might not.
