Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
I have a 16 week old Orpington Pullet that has a crusty wart-like feeling lump that is in front of her nostrils and runs sown both sides of her top beak. It started out as a white spot on the right side of her beak and is slowly getting larger. It is about the size of a pencil eraser now. This started about 6 weeks ago. Anyone have this happen before, or know what it is? Thank you in advance.
