but I am reposting to see if anyone in knows the answer to this particular question.
What causes neurological damage in chickens? The whole long story is at the above link... but quickly, I am trying to find out what is killing my chickens. I am getting an autopsy on one currently, but another is sick. This is the fourth one sick. All the others have been mostly just lethargic until death. This one -she is much the same but also acting "drugged" - walking around in circles, her neck and head are stretching out weirdly and she is doing all these odd positions, biting the air, etc...
I am wondering if they are being posioned from something in the yard- but i can not come up with anything.
It's like she has "lost her mind."
