What chicken behaviors have meaning?

Hello, I’m a new chicken owner and am fascinated by watching my four hens. They are about 10 weeks old. I know from watching other animals that many behaviors which may seem meaningless are actually communications. Is that true for chickens? In this video she scratches, opens her mouth wide without making noise, stands on one foot.

Scratching is because it itches. The open mouth movement is them adjusting their crop contents. Everything a chicken does has meaning. They have a body language that is easy to read once you learn it.
