I am not quite sure it does kind of look like a dark cornish but the legs are longer.

Does it have a pea comb?
My first thought was Dark Cornish as well. Pea comb would indicate that too.
Some hatchery DC vary in size and shape. Long leg reflects the game structure of the DC, although the legs are a bit lighter as is the build than traditional DC.
