I said other; my very favorite breed is the Crevecoeur.
One of the reasons I love them so much is because their name translates to "heartbreak". They also have little devil horns for a comb! They're just little edgy birds! lol.
I'm hoping I'll be able to get a Crevecoer rooster someday, somehow. I think "Gerard" would fit a roo pretty well!

How did you get yours? I've only been able to find them as chicks at one hatchery. I know they're a pretty rare breed.

Bantam cochin, ameracaunas (ees and ameracauna crosses too), barred rock and silkie. I absolutely love my bantam cochins and silkies, they have the best personalities and make great mother's. My BR hens have so much personality and are first to run up to you and talk. My ameracaunas are my favorite for the blue eggs, and crosses for different colors feathering wise as well as egg color

My favorite is Swedish Flower hen. There coloration always surprises me. The health of this breed ranks high. Added bonus, they gravitate to people easily and the roosters are so calm around people but still protect and guide the flock. Everything I wanted in a chicken.

I actually got them it a gift. Not sure what hatchery..

Back in 2017, someone gifted us 5 chickens as a "joke". We ended up keeping them, and we said "if we're gonna have them, then we have to go full in".
So then we got 10 more, and started to build off and now we have about 50!
The 5 'pack' that he gave us was a rare pack (lakenvelder, crevecoeur, etc.) That's the only info we got.
He said it was from an online hatchery, just he didn't remember which..

Gold Stars (ISA Browns), great egg production, Easter Eggers- cool green/blue eggs and fun colored birds, Wyandottes are another breed I like.

I love English Orpingtons, they are the SUPER FLOOFS of the bird world. I also would like to add some polish birds to my flock in the future. I'm a sucker for the fancy birds, I know.

My favorite chickens are my American Game Bantams. They are attractive little birds. With plenty of personality and are friendly. The hens rival silkies with their mothering abilities.
