What CHICKEN did this egg come from

I searched "old english bantam" in goggle, and although some of them vary in shape, I can't find one that looks like yours.
I just thought EE as it's the only other blue-green egg layer I could think of that she could possibly be, being cross breeds they can look quite different from one another.

Might just be a case of wait and see! Hook a webcam up to the nestbox if you keep finding coloured eggs LOL!

the black bird in the back of this picture should lay a colored egg, she might be your other blue egger

the one in the back is an Olive egger...her hatch mate (who is laying) lays very nice olive colored eggs...I THINK she (the one in the pix) is laying now too...as we had two olive eggs one day...and they were close, but not the same.

BUT...who knows Either way, blue egg = happy Chicken momma!

One way to see who is laying what egg is to take one hen and put her in a wire dog kennel till she lays an egg, which might be a few days. I use this method as I can't force myself to put food dye or lip stick in a hens vent.
