What Chickens lay extra large eggs?

My pearly white leghorns lay the big ones all the time. They are very consistant (hardly any double yokers) and all fit the XL egg cartons perfectly. They aren't all that egg shaped though, sorta more roundish at both ends.

My EE's give fairly large eggs, same as the arstrolorpes, naked neck, & buff orphingtons. Getting double yokers semi-often and the occasional biggie, but consistantly seem to be about the large size.

My banty cochin lay's cute little eggs not much bigger than a quarter. Nearly all of them are perfectly shaped, I don't think I have gotten any double's from her.

My favorites are the Sumatra, Buttercup, & Lakenvelder eggs, they're on the small / medium size and not daily, but they are all very well formed (nice egg shape) and perfect little yokes. Rare if ever to find a double yoker in any of thes.

What breeds lay the largest eggs?

Thanks
I have a variety of hens, joint custody with friends. Mine are 3 Easter Eggers and 3 Black Rocks. My friends got theirs elsewhere and looks like 2 RIR, 6 possible White Rocks-I thought they were White Leghorns but we are getting light brown, not white, eggs from anyone, and we end ended up with one rooster, Buster, who appears to be a Black Plymouth Rock but after recent research, may be a Cuckoo Maran? The BR girls are more black striped and he is more white striped. Anyway , we get a huge egg every 4-5 days, usually a double-yolker, usually a light brown but sometimes a medium dark brown . I am trying to figure out who's laying what eggs cuz I can't catch them doing it! Any help?

My hens have only been laying for a few weeks. At what age is the maximum egg size reached? Also can anyone tell me what to expect reguarding the winter egg slow down. I have twelve hens and don't plan on light supplementation. Will it go down to none per day or three per day? Best guesses please!

To be honest, it depends on your hens. What breeds are they? How old are they? (I know that you said that they have been laying a few weeks but some lay earlier than others so it doesn't really tell much about the actual age.) What do you feed them? That goes into the whole formula when trying to guess the egg output in the winter. Some chickens never slow down while others slow down way early in the season and start back late into the next.
