he is 1/3 of my calico bantam Cochins

I *think* that Mille fleur and calico are the same, just different genetically? (Not at all sure on this ). It’s such a pretty colour. My bantam cockerel looks a little like a calico, but his colouring is a bit off. I have yet to find a colour or breed that looks quite like him! That’s what I love about mixed breeds- they could turn out to be anything. That little guy was supposed to be a light Sussex .

1 Barred Rock
1 Starlight Green Egger (hatchery mix)
1 Speckled Sussex
1 Cuckoo Marans
1 Gold Laced Wyandotte
4 silkies: white, black, partridge, and blue.

They all have names. I love a variety of breeds, though it can take a while to type out sometimes!

They range from 8 weeks to 3.5 years.

This is a pic from a week or two ago. He’s a mix, but I don’t even know of any breeds that look at all like him. I love him anyway though, he’s the prettiest guy and I can’t wait to see what he looks like when he’s older!

All my chickens in coop 1 have names too . Only the bantam cockerel has a name in the second flock because he is my favourite, and the others may have to be re-homed. @Lemon-Drop , I saw another thread where you were thinking of getting a rooster. Did u decide to get one?
