what color ameraucana hens lay the colored eggs

you mean the green and blue eggs? sometimes they lay brown eggs, they have to carry the gene for the colored eggs...I have 3 EE at 18 weeks waiting for them to mature, fingers crossed at least one of the lays the colored eggs.
 
The color of the bird has nothing to do with the color of the eggs she lays. A pea comb is often genetically linked to green or blue eggs, so look for a pea combed bird if you want those eggs.

If you get "Ameraucana" (or Americana, Auracauna, etc) chicks from a feed store and want to try to get ones that lay blue or green eggs, look for the ones with no comb, just a flat space where the comb will grow, and dark gray or greenish colored legs.
