What Color Are My Naked Necks?

I thought they were whites and buffs, but they are coming in different. The ones that I thought were buff are buff and white with black and brown on the feathers. The whites are also getting the brown and black, its kinda like a partridge coloration. So what color are they going to be?

The turkens I bought are fuzzy yellow at one week. The three week old from the same hatchery/color parents is now a brownish color.
