My quail are currently 6 weeks old, and I had expected to get my coop finished before it snowed, but that unfortunately wasn’t the case. But anyway, these quail are standard coturnix quail I hatched myself. There were supposed to 10, but one had quit early on in incubation and the other died of wry neck. The other 2 are in under the brooder plate, and both are all white.

Individual pics would help, but I see two dotted whites, two pharaohs, and two that look like tibetan. I'm not sure what the one in the middle is, but I suspect sparkly.
I’ve heard she may be an Italian color? The breeder had both but he had more Italians. But I agree with the pharaohs and the tibetans.

Italians are usually lighter in colour. I'm not an expert on colours, though. Even in the six years that I've been raising quail the colour names have changed and a lot of new colours have been introduced.

I raise Manchurian quail and I have not figured out what's the difference between Manchurian and Italians, but IMO the middle one looks exactly like both of them.

And I also want to point out of how envious I am about the white quail. It's been my dream from the beginning to get the white dotted ones, but all my yellow chicks had turned out either a blind albino or the non albinos that had developed a leg issues from the hatch.

Manchurian is a homozygous fawn/Italian (has two copies of the gene). Italian has one copy. You do have an Italian in there.
