What color are my silkie chicks...

Can anyone tell me what color these two Silkie chicks are? The eggs came from a BYC breeder, the lot was for a mix of recognized colors. Most eggs were buff. Chick#1, I'm really not sure. She looks multicolored but no dark coloring like the partridge. Maybe splash? And the 2nd chick, is dark. Is it considered black? Thank you. I've asked on other forums and have not recieved an answer. So, I'm asking the pros!
