What color are these polish babies?

I don't want to rain on the parade, but I don't believe this to be true. More so, it just tells of the shape of the skull.

I read it but I'm not convinced. There's no science or further study to back it up. It's one account in a small sample group. From what I can tell, those appear to be Polish bred for exhibition who may be bred for specific male and female traits.
Hatcheries I wouldn't trust this method on.
