What color are these quail called?

Could they be English Quail?? I just bought some eggs that look like that. Not the eggs, but the quail were called ENglish quail.

Could be texas a&m or english. Only difference is texas are bigger than the english.

They Are English Whites In Color. The Texas A&m Was A Genetically Engineered Strain That Is The Same Color.... The Size Difference Was A Tiny Part Of The Engineering, There's A Lil More To It Than That.... Now We Have Jumbo English Whites Just As With Most Colors. Unfortunately The Only Way To Be Sure If Regular English White Or A&m Is To Test Them.... And They Wont Survive The Test

Problem Is We Here In This Country Are Kinda Lazy.... We Learn A Color Name And Use It Even If Incorrect. There Are Many Cases Of This In The Quail World--- English White Vs A&m, Pharoah Vs Brown, Etc... It Can All Be A Lil Confusing At 1st.

English white. A&M is a breed, not a color, that does look like that. However, A&M are supposed to be up to a pound live-weight and have white breast meat. Many people have english whites and sell them as A&M's; it is my understanding that true A&M's no longer exist, due to too much cross-breeding with 'normal' coturnix.
