What color are these silkie chicks???????

They hatched out yesterday night.

From a b/b/s pen.

There are 5 all together. Im thinking 2 blacks, 2 blues, and 1 splash.

Look like blue and splash to me. I have hatched blue and splash but not black and I would think they would be darker if they were black.

Here's some I just got in the mail 3 day olds

Here they are the next day

They are real dark but have been black on black no BBS..I think when you have blacks from BBS the chicks are a little lighter then many gens of black/black
But this is just my opinion.... Hope the pics help...

Here are 2 new pictures. The two on the left look blue to me because their lighter in color and the two on the right black. Yes or No?

Blue and splash...blacks, even coming from BBS, would be darker.

Still blue and splash. The true black chicks won't have that lighter bluish-grey color on their underside. And blues come in both light and dark shades...even two-toned.
