What color do I call this?

Is he going to be dark blue or is there such thing as blue splash? He is only 11 wks old so I know he will change alot. He is the only one I have like this. He is unique.

It's just blue. Blue chickens can have quite a bit of variance in shade, I have a rooster that is much lighter than your's but he looked like a "Blue Splash" too. LOL. I asked the EXACT same question.
