What color do you say they are? We know the breed.

Thanks you all for letting us know what color and breed. I have one more chicken for you to look at and see what yall think she is. Another one from T.S. Only thing I know is it is a hen.

If she has Pea comb ,she is White Laced Red Cornish

the first one is a gray american gamefowl. the second is a white laced red cornish hen.

They could be a cross between a Golden Duckwing and Silver Duckwing. The hens of those varieties look very similar and it may have been possible.

I'd say the first pic is definitely an American Game fowl of some combination. I've heard them called Golden Duckwing, or brassy backed grey. Often the hens carry the color of their father, in this case I would guess to have been grey (silver duckwing). The mother may have been Half B.B Red, and half silver duckwing, leaving the reddish color on his back. But the comb surely doesn't appear to be that of a Pheonix. All just a guess, of course. I think he'll end up a very flashy rooster!
