What color eggs should a Silver Sebright lay?

I am getting only cream colored eggs from my 2 hens and I am told one (my white cochin) should lay light brown eggs. I have got 2 eggs on the same day, so I am thinking they are both laying. I am beginning to think I have some very strange birds. Must be why they fit in so well around here.
