Mahonri, Ezmeralda was the gypsy girl in the hunchback of Notre Dame. Key West chickens are called "the gypsy chickens of KW." She is very much my free-spirited girl! Thanks everyone, I always just considered her gray with stripe until I found this board and learned all the correct color terms! For anyone interested, she was wild caught in KW about 4 years ago. My biggest catching challenge. I just HAD to have her!
