well first of all, this is an Easter Egger, not an "ameraucana"...
the green legs are the tell-tale sign, as well as the coloring.

second, i think this may be a rooster. that tail is kind of long and "downward"...

The leg color and the tails. Plus Easter Eggers are a buch of different breeds put together with Amaracana thats why they lay olive or green eggs.

EE are usually not pure bred, but still lay green eggs. Only some people get crazy when you call EE Ameracaunas because they have nothing else better to do then give people a hard time.
