what color is this multicolored silkie?

I did not get that from the chicken calculator, I've never used that before. I say that from past experience and from studying genes. However, it is possible that this chick may be mixed with some other colors as well. What I'm trying to say was that it did not look like a buff x blue, it looks like it's possible that it has more colors in it as well. But I did say that it looked like a poor quality partridge, from what I've seen. But I'm probably wrong. It's just what it looks like to me.

i think you are right!

Sounds like you have not studied genes. It looks nothing like partridge for many reasons. The black or blue explanation is common in people who use the chicken calculator.

If it's the blue that is throwing you off, some partridge have blue underfluff. Mine did. If it's the buff, some partridges are lighter than others. This silkie is not a perfect bird, nor does it match the standard color at all, but it is still a partridge.

Show us pictures of the parents Joe. Also, partridge silkies do not have blue underfluff. It can be slate maybe, but not blue.

It looked like this. I thought the OP said they weren’t sure if this was the right place to post.

I get what you’re saying. It just came off harsh to me.
If OP thought it was partridge and bred the bird the outcome wouldn’t be what they probably hoped for.
