What color is this Muscovy?

I have anxiously been waiting for my new ducks to finish molting. I'm wondering about their color. One is black and with some white. One is chocolate with white. I'm not really sure on the drake. He has white, but the base color has black feathers on his head and neck, but his body feathers are blue. What color is this? Here is a pic I found in the Internet of what the base color looks like:

My chocolate duck has interesting pattern to the white on her neck. Is that maybe barring? Also, I was told at one point that chocolates don't have a green sheen. This one does. Is she not a chocolate?
