What Color is this Silkie Rooster

I first though that it was recessive white. But the breeder told me that his red line has never given white. The dame is of unknown background.

The adult roo looks similar to that of my Dominant Whites, that are carrying Autosomal Red.

The chick down I can't tell, whether there's any red tone due to the red light.

The roo in the back looks like he has white in the hackles. So he may be carrying dominant white.

Must've been the lighting, made it look like he had white.

Certainly weird then. I doubt the offspring was the result of Recessive white due to the leakage.

Is the white one the mom? It looks like your rooster is a dominant white with red leaking through. If the dad's red line is pure, then it all must've come from the mom. Recessive white gets rid of all pigment and is pure white. Only dominant white can have golden tones leaking through like yours does. As far as I know there's no way he could be a recessive white.

In my opinion he is a dominant white with red/buff leakage. I think he has 1 copy of dominant white. Please correct me if I'm wrong on anything, because I'm pretty new to color genetics.

I Would think he is dominant White except there is no sign of black pigment whatsoever. I have never seen a Heterozygous White Male with a "Buff/Cream" colored Tail and without some black specks on the Flight Feathers and Tail feathers.
