Nope! Porcelains are white. Occasionally cream with blue ish color but the OP’s silkie isn’t porcelain

Yes. Depending are where you got her... i’d say Hatchery buff

@HuffleClaw, so if I breed this hen will she produce chicks the same as if she was a "normal" buff? The genetics are the same, aren't they? I'm not that great with genetics, but want to learn. I appreciate your help!

If the rooster is buff also, then yes the offspring should be pure buff

Going to have to disagree here. If you Google porcelain silkies you'll get pages upon pages of silkies that look very much like this one.
