What color is this?

I was wondering what color my silkie chick is considered or if it's mixed. It does have the five toes and black skin and it's about twice as soft as my other chicks.

Is the tip of its tail and wings blue?

The tip of the tail is turning grey but the wings are the buff color. Here's a pic of when it was a chick

Yes she started basically brown as you can see

She is partridge. Kind of an off color unless she looks lighter in the pic than in life.

The columbian gene restricts patterning. Basically, it keeps black patterning confined to the neck, wings, and tail. The effect of this gene can be seen on both Buff Brahmas and Light Brahmas, but it is not specific to any breed. I'm working with it in my Easter Eggers.
Probably not show quality, regardless of plumage coloring.
