I can’t see her legs because of heavy feathering but her toes definitely look pinkish white, not yellow. Does this mean she’s definitely a mixed breed?

Its possible. Or the breeder isn't breeding to correct it.

OMG she is adorable!

She is really cute - great big and fluffy feathers. She’s pretty shy which is apparently unusual for a Cochin. From what I’ve read, Cochins are usually very friendly and outgoing. I’m hoping that with time she’ll be less shy.

If one of her parents was partridge, her other parent must have been barred.

She is certainly Cochin. I do't believe you could get that body from a crossbreed.

You could mix English Orpingtons into Cochins and keep the same body shape. I've seen some breeders doing this to get new colors of Cochins. It can also improve the shape of the Cochins.
