Since you bred two varieties together, the simple answer is that she is a mixed variety. However, her coloring does slightly resemble a poorly colored Columbian or Silver Penciled.

You mixed both breeds and varieties, if I understand your post. She's therefor a mix.
 
She is mixed.

I have an EE hen coloured very similarly. She shows pencilling, but I would not call it Silver Pencilled. Her father was pure Silver Pencilled Plymouth Rock.

Very pretty! Just call her color silver. I have one that is similirly colored and that is what I call her color.

Her Genome is eb/eb Co/co+ Pg/pg+ , its Columbian and Pattern gene trying to make a pattern, but since its lacking Melanotic and columbian and Pg are only in heterozygous form then they are not having any success,
