Black shouldered india blue male,
I looked at the pphoto again and it might just be a india blue pied male but with the blue cast it is confusing my pea brain, LOL

there is still a blue hue to the photo but i am gonna say it's a blackshouldered male again. i don't have this kind but their are others that can chime in that have seen the different colors they go threw till they grow up.

I believe that is a Spalding BS peahen.
