What color patter could this be?

I raise IB and BS chicks. I bought some hatching eggs from a breeder in Utah and she had BS, Pied, Cameo and White all in a pen. This first chick that hatched looks like my other IB chicks but has white on the tips of the wings. Help????

Normal color with white flight feathers.
