What Color Pattern would this be? Never seen anything like it

I'll start by saying this is not a photo of my peafowl and not my own photo either. i found it on instagram. I have never seem a more beautiful india blue variety in my opinion. his crest seems a little large too right? Has any one ever seen a color pattern like this? i dont know if it might be photoshoped or what but i asked the instagram user but i dont think he knows very good english so im still puzzled at what it could be.

i figured out why the picture inst displaying. on internet explorer it just dosent seem to show up. but if you are using google chrome and are logged into your gmail then you can right click the picture and click open in new tab. glad i could make y'all laugh!

I am using google chrome but don't have g-mail and don't see any reason to get it for one photo, can't you just post the jpeg here? or provide a link to the photo?
