If you know the parentage then it might be possible to tell. If you have barred females and a non-barred rooster, then you would get sex linked chicks, and only males would have head spots. Any other parentage, and no, you can't sex this chick so early. You'd have to wait until 6 weeks or so and then tell by the comb.
