Hi! I currently have an egg incubating that is a cross between a Sapphire Olive Egger hen and a White Japanese Bantam rooster. The Olive Egger in question actually lays brown eggs so I'm assuming the baby (if it's a girl) will lay brown or cream eggs. I struggle when it comes to genetics so does anyone know what the baby will look like? Anyone want to guess? I'll be updating as it progresses so if anyone wants to hang out and chat while I wait feel free! Here's pictures of the parents:

It would depend if your rooster is recessive white or dominant white. I can not find info about this with the Japanese Bantams.
Most birds are recessive white, though White Leghorns are dominant white and some strains of Ameraucana and Silkies can be as well.
If the rooster is dominant white, then the chicks will likely be mostly white with either black or blue flecks or leakage.
If the rooster is recessive white, then the chicks will likely be either blue or black, but could also be other colors depending on what the recessive white is "hiding".

Please post photos of the chicks when they hatch!😊
