Hi! I have a rooster which I think is a phoenix because of the tail. He was paired with a black female (all black), what color do you think the CHICKS will have? Not as adults... as chicks

In my experience it's always more like the mother, no matter what color the roo is. The mother's pattern always wins out, right??
