#1 looks like it's coming in a wheaten color and, if that is the case, then it's probably a roo.
#2 looks like it'll be a partridge or wild brown type and probably a pullet

There are no set color varieties for EE and that is part of their attraction... Not only can you get a wide variety of egg colors from them, they also come in a wide variety of colors.

Your chick #2 looks exactly like mine. Here she is at about 5 weeks. She's a real beauty. Maybe someone will post a picture of a chicken who is older.
