So if the mom is Buff Orp x Buff Ameraucana then she would be solid buff, correct? So a Partridge x buff chick would be "black patterned buff (incomplete) columbian clearnecked" according to the chicken calculator. California Greys are barred, so that means that your darker chick is a black sex-link pullet because a barred hen crossed with a Partridge, buff, red, buff columbian, silver laced, golden laced, etc rooster will produce black sex-links

Too early for me to tell. Chicks that young are just growing in their feathers, and their baby feathers sometimes don't look a thing like their adult feathers.
