To my knowledge the American Poultry Association does not recognize any variety of chicken as Lavender they do recognize the variety Lavender in Guinea Fowl which is quite different.

Yeah, I know it's not an "official" color name, but some folks have heard lavender and not self blue. Just though OP might be one of them. And couldn't see the shanks well or really tell if it had a muff. Don't know if it's the pics or this computer res. And when I looked again, the head and beak aren't right for games or dutchies. Guess I should've had one more cup o' joe this a.m.!
