What colour are my birds?

I've been watching the birds grow and change. My all black roo is getting some brown and my hen that I thought was buff is getting more colour too.

I am new to silkies. I've been reading and trying to figure out what colour to call them. The hen keeps getting more dark feathers and the roo is getting some brown. Is it right to say a black and a buff? Thanks.

Just a guess, not really good at telling the colors on Silkies.


Rooster= Partridge of a mix there of.
Hen= Buff Columbian (don't really know if there is such a color in Silkies but that is what shee looks like to me).
