What colour/breed is my duck?

Hi! I have had Pweeter, my male runner for 6 months. I got him originally thinking he was going to be a black runner, then he started getting baby mallard colours before moulting and turning into this beauty: http://puu.sh/4YyUo.jpg

I was wondering what colouring this was, he looks like a mallard but has a black bill and blacky-orangey feet, and is so so silly like a runner ^.^

From the stance I would say you do have a runner! Or at least a runner cross!

And his coloring looks more blue than it does mallard-ish. But it could just be the picture as I know some colors come out looking different in pics than they do in person

It's not a great picture, I'll try and take a better one tomorrow if he will stay still long enough

It is a dusky gray (mallard). The dusky gene makes it so there is no claret breast color and no white neck ring. If it didn't have a dusky gene it would look like a normal gray (mallard) Indian Runner
