Hello, I’ve posted about this previously when the quail was only a day old and somebody said it may be a Rosetta quail. I was wondering if anybody could confirm or had a better idea now that the chick is a week old? For the most part she’s growing in silver/white ish feathers however also has a black strip right down the middle of her back. I’m wondering if maybe she’s just a rare tuxedo? However I have no idea. We have some Italian chicks and her feathers look much more silver than white in comparison. Thanks!

Okay so this chick is now over 2 weeks old and the rest have their adult coloured feathers in so I’m assuming this is a similar colour to what they’ll be as an adult. Does anybody know what this is called? Or how to sex it by colour? Any advice would be great!

I have one very similar and I think she is a Schofield Silver (or some silver) pharoah/normal/wildtype. That's from my semi-beginner eyes.
