What colour is this?

I was keeping this Whiting True Blue, but must not have been clear which ones I wanted. Oops! Does anyone know what a super light gold and white chipmunk chick usually turns out to be? We still have a much much lighter one you can barely see the markings on

It looks to me that the chick circled will feather out white.

Agreed. Whiting True Blues can be any color, really. Only breed true for egg color is what I understand.

I found a TBW group on FB and it’s called apricot. Super sought after colour and they’re a gorgeous warm gold

LJ is really cute! That comb is looking kind of big though. I wouldn't be surprised if LJ ends up crowing.

I really hope not, but the Olive Eggers he’d produce would be amazing! I’ve heard the sexing ratio is a bit worse with WTB. Their combs look nothing like any of our others (single, rose, pea), sort of really wide much closer to the beak if that makes sense
