What colour is this?

I was told he was a purebred Old English Game bantam. He is almost 11 weeks old in this picture. His mama and papa were white, but he's got some colouring (lacing?) on his back??? Will he lose this when he moults? I have baby pictures if that would be helpful? Thanks so much for looking!!!
