What colour of Wyandotte is this?

Hi there.

I recently bought some Wyandottes from an auction, and they were labeled Blue Laced Wyandottes. I'm just wondering what kind of lacing it would be etc. I also have a white laced red hen with him; what offspring would she produce when bred with the blue laced ____ roo? Thanks for any help!

Can't see the top photo well...I'm thinking Golden Laced, male pattern....could be some blue in the chest area...need better photo.

Second photo is Golden Laced, female, I believe.

Last is Buff Laced.

Not the best examples of lacing, but lacing comes in better as they mature...unless hatchery quality...then there can be some sloppy lacing.

Pretty birds anyway.

I agree. Here are photos of my golden lace bantams.

I'm seeing blue in the rooster. It may be blue laced gold? Or gold laced blue?
I'm not the strongest on the hybrid colors of Wyandottes, and they can definitely vary from one bird to the next.
I just googled some photos and gold laced blue is what I am leaning towards now. As for the other hen, if it is blue laced red, it is very faint blue, as it looks white too me. I have only been attempting at breeding wyandottes for about a year and a half, so happy to learn more about the breed. Thanks.

I think one and two are mixes of other Wyandotte colors. Like Crazy for Chickens said, that would mean they aren't accepted colors. I think the only accepted laced patterns are Silver, Gold, Buff, and Blue Laced Red. That's not to say they aren't pretty birds.

Your third one looks to be a Splash Laced Red. As you may know, if you breed two blue birds you get 50% blue, 25% splash, and 25% black. Unfortunately only the blue is an accepted color. Personally, I prefer the look of Splash Laced Red over BLR. I have one myself and love her look. She is also more copper than mahogany red but I like it.

Here she is with the flock.
