It depends. The chicken calculator makes assumptions that are not always accurate in real life. Different genes are NOT dominant or recessive to each other. Different alleles of the SAME gene are. Black can be built on any E-allele except e^Wh. Partridge (assuming you mean penciled as in wyandottes, cochins, silkies, etc.) is e^b Pg.

If the black is e^b based, you will end up with a partridge bird with poorer (incomplete) penciling. If the black is E based, yes, the offspring will be black, and probably lacking sufficient melanizers to prevent leakage.
 
On most breeds, black leaking gold is not pretty...
