What colour would you say this silkie is?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows what colour this beautiful silkie will become? Also has anyone got any idea on what sex it is. I’m really hoping for a hen.

Most likely, s/he's blue, possibly lavender. Could be a female, by the crest, but I'm not willing to put my odds of being right at above 60%.
