What could be wrong with her toes?

She is 6 week old ISA brown and I never noticed until today. She walks fine, eats fine, no sign of injury.. So what could have caused her toes to do that? Same toe on both feet.

Some feel that it is genetic in nature - others feel it is incubation induced. I lean towards the genetic component.
 
I agree with sourland, I've had some late hatchers that had misdirectional toe positions lead me to believe it's genetic in origin.
